#18 The Jacksonville Jaguars

Off the field issues for Jacksonville could be the headline story of this team this year. This team might not be able to put the butts in the seats in order to keep the games on TV. This could potentially cost the team fans and a future, especially considering how young the franchise is.

However, it is not my place to judge the rules in place - therefore it is time to look at this team and the schedule.

(You may notice, I decided to leave the "tickets" column in)

Jacksonville has always had a decent defense with an above average offense. However, they ended last years campaign going 2-8 (one of those wins was against the Lions). Last year David Garrard threw 15 TDs and 13INts. That will not win football games. Running the ball? Jones-Drew ran for over 800 yards and Fred Taylor for over 500, but 1,300 combined is not enough for this style.

Last years 5 - 11 escapade could not be improved upon much. Seattle, St. Louis, Kansas City, and the Browns all look like sure wins, but after further review, I'm starting to wonder what I was thinking when I put them up at 19.

Maybe they'll prove me wrong. Oh well, at least the Jacksonville Jaguar fans in the local area won't have to suffer unless someone starts buying the tickets.
